Clare was born in Yellowknife, Northwest Territories and raised in Ottawa, Ontario. Since then, she has had the pleasure of living on both of Canada’s coasts, studying at the University of King’s College in Halifax where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature and Italian Language, and completing her law degree at the University of Victoria, where she fell in love with life on the Island.

Clare practices exclusively in family law. After finishing law school, Clare articled and practiced with the family law group at Jenkins Marzban Logan LLP in Vancouver from 2015 to 2018, before returning to Victoria to join Quadra Legal Centre. She is passionate about helping families work toward a post-separation structure that works for them.

Clare is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia and the Canadian Bar Association Family Law Section. She was a contributing author to the Family Law Sourcebook for British Columbia (CLE BC publication) in 2015, 2016 and 2017.

When she is not practicing law, Clare enjoys gardening, cooking, pottery and spending time with her family.
